How will I receive my pay stubs?

You can choose to receive the pay stubs in a single PDF file containing multiple pages (one page per pay date) or in a zip file that contains a separate PDF file per pay date. All the PDF files we send you are printable using any printer and compatible with any version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.

How fast are the documents sent to me?

You will receive your pay stub documents by email as soon as you place the order. Please check your junk mail or spam folder if you do not see them in your inbox.

How can I contact you?

To contact us, simply use the "Contact Us" link in the menu on top. We typically respond to inquiries within 24-48 hours.

How can I correct a mistake in my order?

If you notice a mistake in your order, you can either contact us, and we will fix the mistake and email you the updated documents, or you can place another order with the corrections and contact us about refunding the previous order. If we can clearly see that you re-ordered because of a mistake, we will gladly refund your initial order.

Are check stubs considered legal?

Our pay stubs are legal as long as they present accurate information and numbers (provided the information you provided is accurate). However, to use stubs as legal documents, they sometimes need to be certified or signed by the company depicted on the stub.

Is my information secure when using this service?

What payment methods do you accept?

We use PayPal as our payment processor, and you can either pay with your PayPal account or choose the "Pay with an online bank account, debit, or credit card" option to pay with any credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) without needing a PayPal account.

How is the price calculated?

The price for one pay stub starts at $4.99, and we offer a tier system where the more stubs you purchase per 30 calendar days, the cheaper the price becomes. You can use our pricing checker on our homepage to calculate your total cost.

What about your money-back guarantee?

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the pay stub documents we generated for you within 30 days of your purchase, we will issue a full refund to the payment method you used.
